Welcome to CleanWebs. These terms outline how we work together to build your digital presence. By partnering with us, you agree to the conditions listed below regarding our professional web design services. We aim for transparency and clarity in every project we undertake.
Working with CleanWebs - The Rules
1) Services: We provide custom web design and development. The specific scope of your project will be defined in your individual agreement. 2) Pricing: All proposals are in USD. Payments follow the schedule outlined in your quote. 3) Client Roles: You are responsible for providing all text, images, and necessary access to accounts. Project success depends on your timely feedback and approvals. 4) Timelines: While we strive to meet every deadline, schedules are estimates. Most projects include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. 5) Intellectual Property: Once final payment is made, you own the website design. CleanWebs retains the right to show the work in our portfolio. 6) Third Parties: We use tools like Wix, hosting providers, and plugins. Their terms and fees are separate from our design services.Website Maintenance & Upkeep7) Monthly Care: Support services require a recurring monthly subscription billed via auto-pay. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for partial months. This plan excludes structural modifications, new page layouts, or advanced custom scripts. 8) No Roll-Over Hours: Dedicated support time remains valid only within the current billing cycle. Unused hours expire at the end of the month and do not accumulate. 9) Late Payments & Cancellation: Clients may terminate maintenance with a 30-day written notice. If payment fails and is not rectified within 14 days, CleanWebs reserves the right to suspend services and take the website offline until the account is settled.
Legal Protections and Cancellation
10) Confidentiality: We keep your business secrets safe and expect the same regarding our proprietary processes. 11) Liability: We provide our services 'as is' and are not liable for any lost profits or damages resulting from your website's use. 12) Cancellations: If you cancel a project, we bill for work completed up to that date. Deposits are generally non-refundable. 13) Law: Any disputes will be handled under the laws of California, USA. This agreement ensures a professional and fair partnership for both parties.
